Koyori Akutagawa

Koyori Akutagawa is the female protagonist in the anime. She is the daughter of Dr. Akutagawa and Mrs. Akutagawa and the younger twin sister of Mayumi Akutagawa who is known as 'Sprocket Gear' and together with Tazuna Takatsuki where they are known as Team Gear. At first, she was unable to summon her own nimrods, but it is revealed that she successfully summoned her own nimrod given her code name by Hibiki Moriyama in Episode 9 and it was also revealed that Tazuna needed to hold her hand at all times to keep her life span stable but by doing this they can easily be identified as Hand Shakers. Koyori is a cute pale-skinned cute girl with neck-length white hair that is often half tied up to the left side by a pink ribbon with two chest-length hair strands in the front and blue eyes. She is seen wearing the school uniform. 10 years after the battle, she become more healthy and mature. Koyori is a very kind, sweet and quiet girl who communicates through her actions and she is also very brave from the fights you can see in the series. She might also be shy since she does not speak or show many different reactions through her face. During the events of Episode 9, Koyori is able to start speaking because she gets a new dress while fighting History-chan.
