Kozaburo Arase Husbando

Arase Kozaburo is affiliated with group three in of the investigation department surrounding Shinjuku's troublemakers. The lack of light in his eyes and the aura he gives off intimidates many. He is very physically strong he mentions he exercises his core in his fight with Lemmings. He is regarded by many as a "Heavy Hitter" in Shinjuku. He easily took down the gang Takumi Kuruya. So intimidating he made Takumi beg him not to hit him and even told him without asking about the number of moles on his kid sister's face. He seems to be very good friends with Tsubaki, or at least very loyal under his jurisdiction
