Karen Kurutsu

Karen Kurutsu is the daughter of Moritsugu Kurutsu (the town mayor) and Natsumi Kurutsu and is the younger sister of Subaru Kurutsu. Karen is in the middle of her "rebellious phase," whose manners and speech are both rough and tomboyish, but she is a girl of common sense among the islanders. She is shown to be quite serious when she wants something, as well as wanting to take hold of her own future by the sweat of her own brow. She also loves her older brother dearly; because he always was by her side.
