Kushiro Katabira

Kushiro Katabira (釧路帷子 Kushiro Katabira?) is a minor character in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.[1] She is Level 4 esper and makes her first appearance in the anime She has long black hair, but her most striking feature is her sanpaku eyes. She is a Level 4 esper who in the anime adaptation used the Level Upper for reasons unknown and consequently fell into a coma (in the manga, this is only implied) on July 10 of the story's first year.
