Under the the persona of Gang Orca, Kuugo is one of the top pro heroes in the world of My Hero Academia. His Quirk is called Orcinus and it encompasses his appearance and abilities resembling that of an orca. Kuugo is levelheaded, loyal, thoughtful, and amiable. However, taking advantage of his menacing appearance, he can play the role of a merciless villain if he needs to in order to prepare the up-and-coming heroes. He takes his position as a mentor to heroes-in-training seriously and never misses an opportunity to offer constructive criticism.
