Lanterby

Lanterby is a second-class Bookman for the WGO and was selected to judge for the second gate of the BLUE in Tokyo, Japan. She is a major supporting character of the fifth and final season. Lanterby has short, light blond hair with bangs that reach below her chin, one of her bangs is adorned with an X-shaped braid. Her outfit consists of a white shirt with a tie positioned in a way that resembles an X, a skirt with dark accents, black shoes and an undone jacket due to Tokyo's hot weather.
