Laura Haruna

Laura Haruna is Hamtaro's owner and the main human character. Laura cares and tends for Hamtaro very much, just as Hamtaro cares for her. Laura's age is ten and in several episodes involving the Ham-Hams, they attempt to help Laura with whatever conflict or problem she is facing. She is best friends with Kana Iwata, and has a huge crush on Travis Kimura. Laura is presumably in the fifth grade of her schooling and gets along with other students.
