Raynesia El-Arte Cowen, also spelled "Lenessia Erharte Cowen", "Reinesia Cowen", or "Rayneshia Corwen," is a member of the Cowen family — the most prestigious dukedom in the Eastal League of Free Cities and second-most prestigious aristocratic family in all of Yamato.
