Lest Karr

Lest Karr is a third progenitor of the vampires who resides in Germany, Europe. He is one of the high ranking vampires to be a part of the Progenitor Council. While there is some tension between fellow third progenitor Krul Tepes, he is loyal to second progenitor Urd Geales. Coming to Japan and working closely with Urd, he would also have Ky Luc work with him as the vampires grappled with the rising threat of humanity, as well as the first progenitor.
