Li Luoshui is a member of the Li Min (Saint Race). Wife of Luo Xiao and mother of Luo Zheng and Luo Yan. She is a Paramita Realm level 2. She is the daughter of Chi You, the founder of Nine Li clan. She has pure, undiluted blood since she is a direct descendant of Chi You. She lost her body as it was destroyed as an attempt to delay the saints who chased her underground.
