During a stroll through town, Richter Belmont comes across three girls preparing for an upcoming festival. The three are discussing which role should each play, with the youngest one sobbing because she wants to be "Liberty" and the other two trying to comfort her telling her that's not possible because she is too young, and suggesting she could be either "Equality" or "Fraternity" instead. Richter enters their discussion and tells them she can't be "Fraternity", as that means "brotherhood". When Liberty sees him, she immediately blushes and changes to a flirtatious tone, completing his statem...
