Lisia

Lisia is a character appearing in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. She is a Contest Idol who gives the player character a costume (depending on the gender) to perform in a Pokémon Contest with their Pokémon. Some of her fans call her Lissi. She is also the niece of the Sootopolis City Gym Leader Wallace. She owns an Altaria, nicknamed Ali, that can Mega Evolve. Lisia is a young girl who dresses in blue and white to match her signature Pokémon, Altaria.
