Lotta Otus

Lotta is Jean’s younger sister and she is shrewd. She manages the condominium Celebrity Mansion. Lotta has blond hair that's usually in a pontail with the same blue eyes as her brother, Jean. Her main outfit usually consists of a knee-length blue dress with gold buttons on the top. Underneath the dress is a white long-sleeved shirt with cuffs and a collar. She wears a red bow on the collar. Lotta's footwear is brown shoes with just below the knee-high socks.
