Loussier

Loussier is right next to Trader Pey in Roumen. She has a unique function in all of Isya: she sells a few items from the item shop and a few other more unusual items. In return, however, she does not ask for ordinary currency, but for the powder of life. This powder was previously required to feed the permanent mounts, but is no longer required as of the 3/10/2016 patchlog. Loussier was created to give the players leftover feed rations for their mounts a function again.
