Lupe Cineau

Lupe is a Lieutenant in BESPA and is a subordinate to Arbeo Pippenden. She initially appears on Earth, pursuing the League Militaire forces to the Arti Gibralter space port in which she is involved in multiple battles. She later appears in space, assigned to the Motorad forces and is a part of numerous battles with the League Militaire. When Uso Ewin was kidnapped, Lupe had him stripped and put in a bubble bath which she joined as well.
