The M14 is a battle rifle at the Seishou Academy in the Upotte!! anime and manga series. M14 is an outgoing and easy-going girl. She is also quite a slacker, judging by her rather average performance at school. What most students do not seem to remember is that M14 used to be fiercely competitive when she first arrived to Seishou as a transfer student.
