Madoka Date

Madoka Date (伊達 まどか) is the first wife of Ryuunosuke Date, though she acts more like the 2nd wife. She then gets divorce and leaves the "Date" family. Madoka is from Japanese ま (ma) meaning "space, timing" combined with ど (do) meaning "degree, extent" and か (ka) meaning "flower". Other kanji combinations are possible. Famous bearer is Japanese voice actress and singer Madoka Kimura.
