Mahha Noriko

Mahha Noriko is a young Amanto who immigrated to Earth from the Express Planetto start a job as an "Express Delivery Girl". Her goal is to become the best Delivery Girl in the Galaxy. Members of her species need to stay in constant motion and have the wind in their face, if they stop for even a second they will start coughing up blood and possibly die. However, when she does feel the wind, she gets a certain amount of thrill and delightfulness out of it.
