Maki Akamatsu

Maki Akamatsu is a supporting character in the Sound! Euphonium series. She is a student at Kitauji High School in the same year as Kumiko Oumae who plays trombone in the school's concert band. Maki has short dark brown hair and purple eyes. As a minor character, she has a very small role in the anime series. Maki usually appears with the rest of trombone players. She loves the trombone and encourages new band members by passionately talking about the instrument.
