Makoto Ouji

Makoto Ouji is one of the students of 9th Grade Class 3 in 1998. He sat behind Kouichi Sakakibara in the classroom. Makoto is shown to be a kind and cheerful person. He along with Noboru Saruta and Megumi Tatara are members of the band club at school. They are also best friends. He and Noboru weren't affected by Takako's speech concerning Mei, though they were willing to consider the possibility she was the Extra.
