Rumiko Manbagi

Rumiko Manbagi is a student at Itan Private High School, and beginning with her debut in Year 2, surpasses Najimi Osana as the tritagonist of the series. Manbagi is a cheerful gyaru girl who, like Komi, initially had a hard time making friends, but soon befriended Komi. She is the 28th of Komi’s friends, and is arguably Komi’s best friend aside from their mutual crush, Tadano Hitohito.
