Masako Shimomura

Masako Shimomura is a character in the manga and anime series Magimoji Rurumo. She's the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. Masako is a short teenage girl. She has long, dark blue hair styled in short twintails, and a straight fringe. She has violet eyes, which are usually obscured by her glasses. As a member of her school's disciplinary comittee, she takes her job very seriously, but secretly to everyone, she is an Otaku, who loves cosplaying.
