Mato Katori

Mato Katori is a main character of the Amanchu! series. She is the adviser to the Diving Club and the homeroom teacher of Hikari Kohinata and Futaba Ooki. Mato is a pale-skinned young woman with long dark-brown hair (sometimes portrayed as black) that she ties up in a ponytail with bangs hanging on the right side, dark brown eyes and she is 168cm tall. Unlike other characters, she doesn't stick to a certain outfit, and instead switches it up everyday. In chibi form, she is usually portrayed with two straight lines for eyes and a triangular mouth forming an irritated expression and an ahoge. Mato is a very kind and extroverted lady, but she doesn't hesitate punishing others if it's necessary and she is also spirited as she has plenty of positive energy and she a person who encourages, strengthens and supports friends and loved ones.
