Medusa, Class Name Lancer, is a Lancer-class Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order. Her appearance is that of a lovely girl similar to her sisters. Her personal statement is that her weight “is the same as my sisters”.
