Meer Campbell is a fictional character from the anime television series Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. Meer is the doppelganger to Lacus Clyne. Gilbert Durandal needed to influence the public in order to realize his Destiny Plan; he found Meer to sound just like Lacus and modified her body to take the original's place.
