Mei

Mei is a Fixer working under Section 2 of the Liu Association, first introduced during the episode of the same name in the initial row of the Star of the City rank. Mei is a petite woman sporting fair skin and amber eyes, as well as short black hair that is stylized in two buns akin to a panda's ears. She dons a black suit with a red tie, with the overcoat featuring a golden dragon motif seen in the other Liu uniforms.
