Mei Menowa

Mei Menowa is a tower witch. She transfers to Honoka Takamiya's class with other four tower witches. Mei has green, wavy, shoulder-length hair and a metallic eyepatch over her right eye. On normal occasions, she can be seen wearing the standard school uniform with her canine companion about her neck, who also wears an eyepatch over its right eye.
