Mei Menowa

Mei Menowa is a tower witch. She transfers to Honoka Takamiya's class with other four tower witches. Mei has green, wavy, shoulder-length hair and a metallic eyepatch over her right eye. On normal occasions, she can be seen wearing the standard school uniform with her canine companion about her neck, who also wears an eyepatch over its right eye. Mei is noticeably the most intimidating of her comrades, expressing (over) confidence, even in the face of danger (such as Ayaka Kagari). As seen from her willingness to hold hostages and sacrifice them if her demands aren't met, Mei can be described as ruthless to say the least and thoroughly enjoys it. However, she does reveal a feminine side at times, acting jealous when Ayaka frequently holds Takamiya, wishing Ayaka would hold her "just once."
