She sometimes uses these hard candies as projectiles, flicking them as if they were bullets. Appearance She claims her measurements are 83-58-85 and that she is a virgin. Mei Ren has no sense of shame, seemingly never wearing undergarments; numerous shots show her bottom to seemingly be bare and she blocks her crotch with her hand when squatting. She replaces Seiji Hama in his role as one of the three assassins; this is due to her ability with the shotgun, which is similar in technique to that of Seiji Hama. Her choice of the type of shotgun is also similar. She is killed by Akira in their final fight, but dies happily as she never thought she would be able to die while in someone's arms after being alone for so long. (Correction: "Die while in someone's arm"/ She cut the other one off during the fight.) She wears a necklace with a pendant; a replica to reminding her of her most precious friend. Eventually Akira remembers who this is. So far it appears she is loyal to Mina. It even appears it was Mina who got her hooked on the hard candies. However this is revealed in the last episode to be not true, and is a follower of a Mina look-a-like, who is the leader of Telomere. Personality She also seems to have feelings for Akira. Her motives are currently shrouded in mystery; however, she has aided Akira on several occasions.
