Meltfan

Meltfan is a military colonel and an instructor at the military academy. Contrary to his youthful appearance, he is a talented person who always has a calm atmosphere, and he quickly notices Lloyd's talent. His motto is, "Take care of discipline." His silvery hair is cut short and parted slightly off the middle. He has a scar decorating his cheekbone just below his eye. He wears military clothing.
