Melusine

Melusine is one of the four kings of Dark Desire, an evil fairy executive who controls dirty water which corrupts people. She has blue ankle length hair that turns into tentacles at the end. She has shockwave emitters on both of her hands that are used as a weapon. Her hair can move freely and also be used as a weapon.
