Melvin

Melvin is a small girl who discovered her super powers early in life. When Melvin felt insecure one day, she imagined a protector that would defend her and her new friends Timmy and Teether. Melvin's powers turned the imaginary protector into a real, living, hulking teddy bear. Melvin, Timmy, Teether, and Bobby stuck together in the cold city where they began to grow up. When the Brotherhood of Evil threatened every hero around the world, it became Raven of the Teen Titans' mission to ensure Melvin, Timmy, and Teether made it to the designated safehouse. On the road there, the four were attacked by Mallah whose own mission was to abduct the children. Raven did manage to get the children to the safehouse in time before Mallah had a chance to get them. In the safehouse, while Raven thought her mission was over, Mallah attacked the children and began to escape with all three. Raven ran back to save them, but the monkey overpowered her. Bobby, Melvin's imaginary friend, finally appeared and, like he was imagined to do, protected Melvin and her friends. After Mallah was defeated, Melvin, Timmy, Teether, and Bobby stayed at the safehouse like they were supposed to with Bobby to protect them.[1] The Brotherhood of Evil later started their purge of heroes. Raven was one of the first attacked by the Brotherhood's assassins. The Titan escaped her attackes, however, and made her way to save the children. Luckily, Melvin and her friends were safe.[2] When the Titans began their own siege against the Brotherhood of Evil's base in France, Raven allowed Melvin to join the brawl. The villains were soon defeated and cryogenically frozen.[3] Melvin, Timmy, Teether, and Bobby all returned to Jump City with Raven after their victory. Their visit was temporary and they all returned to their original home to again grow up and become improving superheroes themselves.
