Menae

Menae is a Juusou belonging to Hail Hex alongside his twin sister Sherumi. His attire is identical to that of his sisters, consisting of a frilly top that covers his hands, a skirt, a "masking plate" that covers his face, and a beret-like cap. Additionally, he wears an accessory that resembles a gas mask and an unknown "glossy, pale colored whistle-like" object. He lacks arms and legs and is adorned with metal sockets and fur just short of where one would normally find elbows or knees.
