Menma

Menma is a major character of Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time. She is known as the "Gluttonous Dragon". Her humanoid form retains her tail and horns and has scales on her arms, legs and neck, but otherwise looks like a busty human girl. She can switch between dragon and humanoid forms. Along with a bizarre intermediate form where she has a dragon body and neck with a human head
