Chela is a fairly tall Yelglish girl with striking coffee-colored skin, golden blonde hair styled into many ringlet curls tied with crimson ribbons, and cyan blue eyes. Chela wears the Kimberly girls uniform; consisting of a tiffany blue collared shirt with black trim, silver buttons, and a crimson necktie, coupled with a dark button skirt.
