Miezela Celestella

One of the last survivors of the Jirel, an alien race feared for their telepathic abilities. After their civilization collapsed due to outside attacks, Miezela was imprisoned on a Garmillan prison planet before being taken in by Abelt Dessler in a show of kindness. She would become highly loyal to Dessler, serving as his chief propaganda minister and working with the Imperial Guard to stamp out rebellion. She was notably the only non-Garmillan in Desler's inner circle.
