Mikhail Hachisuka

Mikhail Hachisuka is the son of Masataka Hachisuka and the current mayor of Bayron City who is a member of the venerable Hachisuka family, descended from the grandfather of the city's first mayor. Mikhail is a beautiful-looking boy with blonde hair and cyan-blue eyes. Mikhail's unfortunate personality sometimes leads others to ridicule him as a product of the Hachisuka family.
