Miki Nomura

A girl who belongs to the security enforcement division of the island's Shirashima Youth's Association. She shoots anyone who disturbs the island's public morals with a homemade water pistol [Hydro Gladiator Kai], and is also in charge of broadcasting from the broadcast tower. She's also in charge of the broadcast tower and keeps a close watch on the island. This summer vacation, she'll be running around the island writing about tourism on Torishirojima for the local newspaper. She lives alone on the island.
