Millie Parfait is a female English/Filipino Virtual YouTuber affiliated with NIJISANJI EN's third wave "Ethyria", alongside Nina Kosaka, Enna Alouette, and Reimu Endou. Millie is often sweet and endearing to her fanbase, but aggressive when she blurts out 'cursed' comments and retorts to her debut-mates and fellow Livers. She is quick to spring onto anything that catches her attention with little regard to whether or not it's actually a good idea which, more often than not, leads to chaotic conversations with her.
