Mine Musubiya

Wedin, also known by her real name Mine Musubiya, is one of the main protagonists of Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: Limited. She is a sophomore of Namiyama Middle School and the class president of Class D. Her magic is to make promises that must be kept. Her ability allows her to make it impossible for others to break a promise they make with her. Also, because they chose her to be their leader, she can this ability to force her teammates to do whatever she says.
