Minko Tsurugi

Minko Tsurugi is one of the main characters of Hanasaku Iroha. She is the 16-year-old apprentice chef and resident at Kissuiso inn who has very cold aura about her, telling Ohana Matsumae, ever since they met, to "die" every time she is bothered or annoyed by her that she eventually starts calling her 'Hobiron' instead. Minko has dark-brown hair that is usually tied in a ponytail with bangs swept to the right side while she has shoulder-length hair strands hanging on either side and dusty-brown eyes.
