Minowa

Minowa is a young woman with short light-colored hair that has bangs partially cover her right eye. She wears the standard JIDA uniform which consists of a long-sleeved black tailcoat with a standing collar. The coat has two rows of gold buttons on the front, light green details including the shoulder epaulettes which has a Sam Browne belt passing diagonally over her right shoulder. Along with that, she wears a pair of white gloves and a white web belt with a gold waist-plate. She also wears the standard black skirt and knee-high black boots.
