Mir Goepe

Soviet Secret Police Chief Directorate, she shows no mercy to anyone opposing Communism. She used to be Mirja's and Katherine's teacher. Both of them being orphans, they considered the kind-hearted Goepe as the mother they never had. Mir Goepe also happens to be the reason behind Katherine's faith in Communism. Back when they were still in school, she often told her students how much of a better place the world would be if everybody shared what they had instead of fighting over it. When Katherine found the Red Stone, she took what her teacher said at face value, and made the villagers fight for her cause. When Goepe learned of what her pupil had done, she tried to convince Katherine that what she was doing was wrong, and that the number of people that would die wasn't worth it. Katherine, shocked that her teacher ended up being the first one to oppose her plans, finally decided to use the Red stone on her, effectively bringing Goepe to her side, but also modifying her personality and transforming her into "Ice-Cold Goepe".
