She thinks Yayoi is a terrible manager and hires Yuuto as a manager in episode 10. She's not shy to show herself in front of Yuuto with underwear because she considers it as the idol business. She released an album in Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu: Purezza that Shinna has in episode 7.
