Misaka Worst is the only individual produced that was part of the newest lineup of Misaka clones introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index, the Third Season Project, though was created and specialized only for a single battle with Accelerator. This Misaka Worst is the first and only one seen in the series, and is differentiated from the others.
