Mizerhyby Hydra Nebulis IX

Mizerhyby Hydra Nebulis IX is a member of the Hydra, one of the three royal families in the Nebulis Sovereignty. Mizerhyby is the Hydra's candidate for queen. As a descendant of the Founder, she has a powerful astral power – the ability to empower other Astral Mages. It's rumored that during a battle, she was able to empower ten soldiers to be as powerful as the Founder's descendants. Because of her powers, she is called the "walking vortex".
