She is a female ninja and an associate of Ramada and she fights alongside Akaghi. She's also quiet and cold towards other people. Mizuki was first spotted in Razril by Lazlo, after someone told him that she and Akaghi were having some sort of spat. At that time, Ramada was in the audience chamber with Commander Glen and Katarina.
