Moeko Sekine

Sekine Moeko is a secondary character in Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu. She is a fashionable young woman with a mischievous streak, and Ichikawa Kyoutarou's and Yamada Anna's classmate in Class 2-3 (later 3-1). Sekine's design has elements of the gyaru subculture, namely her light hair color and manner of dress. She is often depicted with the anime-style "cat smile" w-shape.
