The Mosin-Nagant is a bolt-action rifle developed by Captain Sergei Mosin and Léon Nagant from 1882-1891, and was the service rifle of the Russian Empire, Soviet Union and various other nations. The weapon has a simple and rugged design, which made it cheap to manufacture and simple to use.
