Mother Tadokoro

The unnamed mother of Megumi Tadokoro. Megumi Tadokoro's mother is the owner and head chef of the Shōkeien Ryokan (a traditional Japanese inn) located in Megumi's home port town. After Megumi mastered the traditional suspended cutting technique for goosefish to save the inn's signature dish, her mother was deeply impressed by her growth and persuaded her to leave home to attend the prestigious Tōtsuki Culinary Academy.

She is a loving, gentle woman who deeply cares for others.
