Mr. Plastic

Mr. Plastic is a Pro Hero in My Hero Academia: Two Heroes. He has spiky grey hair and wears a suit with robotic arms his suit also features a glowing strip on his shoulders. He also has two visors. One on his right eye, and another on his left. Mr. Plastic's Quirk is called Plastic Transformation.
